Kindergarten Admissions

Register Your Child for P.S. 28

Come to PS 28 at 109-10 47th Avenue, Corona NY 11368. Our staff will help you through the whole process. Families will be asked to fill out information and provide documents. If you do not have all the documents available you may return them at a later date.

In order to complete registration you will need to have the following information:

• Child's name, date of birth, age, address, telephone number
• Parent(s) name, address, phone number, email
• Emergency contact person(s) name, address and phone number
• Birth Certificate
• Proof of Address
• Immunization Paperwork
